Come and join us for our exclusive Strength & Alignment Program

This is your invitation to join our two specialist occupational therapists to explore through nature supporting girls to feel empowered, strong, connected and confident.

Our aim is to support each child to access their social, emotional and motor skills to develop confidence and success with learning and skills.

The result is improved self confidence by aiding body, mind, environment connection; generating empowerment with their journey to becoming a young woman.

Ages 7 - 11 years, girls only

September/October school holiday (Dates TBC)

9:45am - 11:45am

Fee: $885 for 4 day workshop
