Event Description

Camp ‘Reset’: Parents & Carers has been specifically designed to engage in a long weekend journey filled with connection & exploration.

The integrative experience supports fuelling the Body, Mind & Spirit through movement, creating, sharing camp fire & creating bush feasts. All in a natural environment.

Facilitated by specialist trauma-responsive OT’s: Kaya Lyons & Emma Hanna

Everyone needs to ‘Reset’ now and again...and that includes Parents & Carers.

Supporting children presenting with trauma & behavioural responses, requires a lot of energy and consistent regulation.

This therapeutic camp supports Parents & Carers to ground & connect.

To Nurture others we must also nurture Ourselves.
